I was a Firefighter/EMT for 22 years in Florida. I worked as a Firefighter for 9 yrs and a Driver Engineer for 13. I was one of the first of 3 females that had the pleasure of paving the way for other females in this very difficult profession. I enjoyed every minute and it has made me the "Tough Cookie" that I am today. I have been retired from the Fire Department for 12 years now, and love to keep busy. My husband Eddie has been supportive throughout my careers. I am a dog mom of 3.
